About Kalispell Direct Care

A warm hello from Dr. Hoyne. Our mission is to provide high-quality healthcare in the fields of Internal Medicine (AKA Primary Care for adults) and Obesity Medicine. We strive to make our patients feel comfortable and cared for during every visit. (Translation: you'll only have a 10 minute visit if that's all you actually want and need!)

Direct Care is membership-style medical care that takes the corporate middle men out of the field of medicine. Some doctor visits can feel like you are a cow being rushed through the cattleyard - a 7 minute visit where you hardly get 2 words in, for example. Ugh. Instead, Kalispell Direct Care is based on having plenty time with and access to your doctor.
